BUSINESS CURB APPEAL

It's difficult to believe that the space in the picture bellow looked like the before picture just one month before. It's amazing how some very simple changes can make your business look great, represent your brand, and attract the right customers to improve sales. Errez Design has launched an exciting storefront design component to our firm. We have created packages to make the storefront design process easy, affordable, and fun. As Miami's walkable neighborhoods and urban areas like Downtown, Brickell, and the Design District become more popular we see more and more people walking down the street. Local designers and fashionistas are creating really cool retail shops that are distinctly 'Miami.' Errez Design can take your passion and brand identity and reflect it in your space.
Here is how it works:

STEP 1 _ THE WINDOW
You've decided to locate your store in a walkable street with lots of foot traffic. The window is the most important part of the store design as it is the first impression people will get of your store. This is where people will decide to enter the store and shop or just walk away. There is so much competition for your customer's attention so be sure to place your best foot forward. Many of us like to window shop, what is it that actually gets you in the door? A great looking window does not just show off the product that is sold inside. It tells the story of the brand and intrigues us to walk inside and explore. Perhaps it has no products at all. It's different for every brand. For instance, the Anthropologie window bellow only has one dress displayed in this rather large window. However, that art installation tells the story of the brand. It's intriguing.
This Louis Vuitton window, bellow,  is all about the brand logo and not the merchandise in the window. This window does more to sell the brand and product than if they actually just displayed the product. Errez Design has a team of designers and set builders that can make these kinds of windows come to life in your store.

STEP 2 _ THE STORE
Customers have decided to walk in the door because you have a gorgeous window. Don't let them down now. Your store needs to continue to reflect your brand. It needs to be the place where your customers go to be completely enveloped by your brand's lifestyle.  Unlike the window which is completely fanciful, the store needs to work and be functional.  Errez Design's team of designers will provide space plans and strategies for creating all functional spaces that your store needs while keeping your brand identity and making it look beautiful. The store pictured bellow has an unconventional way of displaying its merchandise. At Errez Design we think outside the box to make a design that makes your store memorable. To start you must ask the following questions:
  • Where is merchandise displayed?
  • How is merchandise displayed?
  • How is the merchandise lit?
  • How is the ambient space lit?
  • Is there a place to sit?
  • where does one pay for things?
  • What happens in the fitting rooms?

STEP 3 _ KEEP IT FRESH
You must keep it fresh and new so that your customers have a slightly different experience each time they enter the store. This will make their visit more frequently. Move the location of things. Change the displays. Repaint the store a bold color for a season. Each time you make a move to keep it fresh may coincide with a new merchandise. Its a good reason to send out a mailer to your customer and have an after hours champagne  party at your store that will drum up new business. Fashion moves and changes so fast and so should your store. Errez Design's store front design packages have regularly scheduled updates to your store space and windows. Our team will come in and transform your store to your specific needs for that season or event. See how the Anthropologie window below transforms from season to season without loosing the brand identity.

Errez Design designed the photography studio for Alex Fagundo of Soul Echo Studios. His studio is was transformed into an industrial style lounge that is the perfect space to meet with clients and show them his amazing work. Its outfitted with a sitting area and a bar. The show piece of the space is the large lit 'LOVE' sign. It sets the mood for this space and lets you know that Alex is not your typical wedding photographer. This space attracts the the clientele that he is looking for. At night when the sign is lit up it can be seen from the busy street outside. An amazing space like this doesn't have to cost a fortune or take a long time. Errez Design comes in and transforms the space quickly and within budget. Getting you up and running in no time. Our team works after hours so that your store has minimal closures.
